Very noisy in the middle of the night from street traffic. Limited English spoken by staff, difficult communication.

This hotel is exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff were well-trained and welcoming. The suite was large and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and an amazing view. The facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the extensive breakfast offerings in the restaurant. The bar/lounge area was a convenient place to relax and enjoy a drink. The private facilities provided were luxurious and fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. The location advantage was great, with many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.

The only minor issue I had was with the air conditioning system. It seemed to shut down at night, making the room a bit stuffy.

Sadly, the food in the Chinese restaurant lacked the finesse and presentation of other dishes we had enjoyed at the hotel, so it was a bit of a letdown. the windows in the room quickly became dirty from exposure to the city's elements, which detracted from the overall experience of being in such a beautiful setting.

Located close to a metro station and surrounded by a business district, this hotel was perfect for our group of friends. The spacious rooms and large bathrooms were similar to those of a suite at a high-end hotel. With great service from the staff, we were spoilt for choice with very good restaurants in the area.

The gym equipment was not up to par.

I loved staying at this hotel! Walking distance to great restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel is close to the city center and the High-Tech station on the Metro. The breakfast was extensive and had something for everyone. The staff was friendly and attentive.
